EXPRESS EXPORT - SIMPLIFIED

Simplified Express Export uses the Unique Export Declaration (DU-E) system, this service eliminates the bureaucracy and high costs charged with customs clearance, because the small exporter has no need to hire a customs broker, thus optimizing your costs.


With the Simplified Express Export, the exporter can still contract foreign exchange under the normal procedures of Brazilian Law, thus facilitating small exports and receiving the amounts involved immensely.


The main difference is that there is no limit to the volume of your cargo or value. Previously, the estimated value of US$50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars) per invoice could not be exceeded.

DU-E has been growing day by day, and its tendency is to reach the level of billions of dollars annually for these exports with and without exchange value. For this success we count on the initiative of the Brazilian government, facilitating and implementing this system. With DU-E, micro, small and medium-sized Brazilian companies can expand their participation in the foreign market. Even large companies that already operate in the international market can take advantage of the system for exporting small amounts. The Commercial Association of the State of São Paulo invited VEXTRA, due to the great interest of its members, causing great repercussions in this medium.

The DU-E is an electronic document that contains information of a customs, administrative, commercial, financial, tax, fiscal and logistical nature, which characterizes the export operation of the goods it supports and define the framework for this operation.


The DU-E serves as the basis for the export customs clearance, replacing the current Export Registration (RE), Export Declaration (DE) in their versions on the web and in the Large Size and Simplified Export Declaration (DSE).

The DU-E system was integrated into the Single Foreign Trade Portal, which included several tools on a single platform, which instituted the Single Export Declaration. The customs and administrative controls of an export made through DU-E are carried out through specialized modules of the Siscomex Portal.
